WHO WE ARE

T.E.A.M.S. in Spirit is a non-profit organization based in Melbourne, Florida. The TEAMS acronym stands for Teach, Empower, Awaken, Mentor, Serve. What sets us apart is our innovative and unique approach to emotional health and wellness, which we offer to all industries and individuals looking to balance work and life challenges. In addition, we offer religious organizations consulting and services for effective music ministry. 

Our Mission  is to help the organization's employees and clients achieve a successful and fulfilling work/life balance.

How do we carry out this? T.E.A.M.S. provides supportive consultations on emotional health and wellness through group events and mentoring. Our focus is on empowering and valuing everyone, making them feel respected and important. 

We offer consultation and expertise in music ministry derived from more than fifty years of experience and in music education and music ministry within multicultural populations.

Work Life Harmony: Strengthening Every Connection -   The impact of work-life harmony on family, friendships, and workplace relationships are examined to

teach strategies for maintaining meaningful connections while managing professional responsibilities.

Who's the Problem?  -  A practical approach to problem-solving, asking, “What's the real problem?” This training fosters a culture of personal accountability within the organization.

Growing Your Music Department - Music education programs and music ministries can grow and excel with the assistance of our consulting services, educational workshops, and staffing assistance.
